The two managers who dealt with us upon check in and departure were extremely friendly and helpful. In fact all staff that we came across for the duration of the stay always said hello and had a smile on there face. Your staff are a real asset. The only frustration was that the bedroom blinds allowed a lot of sunlight through which wasnt great for a sleep in and we had to hang blankets over to block the sun. Great job

We stayed there for 2 nights while house hunting in the Newry area the hotel staff were excellent. We could find no fault with any part of the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends and family for a midweek or weekend break.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will return in the future for sure!
