Really well done. Amazingly busy hotel and you were all working at maximum efficiency and friendliness. Only one quibble - in the hall we were in on Friday night, which was Seamus Deane talking quietly, there must have been one door that kept opening and shutting somewhere between our hall and a mad danceband. When the door was shut, soundproofing was perfect. When it was opened, the music could be heard. I am only commenting because I was recording the talk and was twitchy about the noise. If you were to identify what door it was, then maybe you could put a sign up in future on that door, asking people to keep it shut? Otherwise you were all brilliant, and Paul especially! MY CHILDREN BOUGHT ME AND MY HUSBAND THIS WEEKEND AS AN BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY GIFT WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOTEL WE WERE UPGRADED TO A SUITE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY. ALL THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE ENOUGH TO MAKE OUR WEEKEND PERFERCT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BEING RETURNING VERY SOON.

Overall a very enjoyable stay and staff in hotel well trained and extremly helpful. One minor gripe would be the extreme heat in the room and inability to control the temp in room. however this did not detract from the enjoyment of the stay.

Overall it's a great hotel. There are so many areas of comfort to enjoy a drink or just an intimate chat. The dinner which was included in our stay, was fabulous and well worth it.
