From the minute we walked into the Canal Court Hotel we were made to feel really welcome. Every member of staff we came into contact with could no do enough to help. The rooms were extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, beds were comfy, showers were hot and powerful, breakfast was amazing and the hotel in general was amazing, we truly cannot fault it in any way. If I visit Newry again I won't want to stay anywhere else.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff overall are the most friendly, efficient, courteous and good humoured that we have encountered in hotels. It is not surprising that you are so busy. If other hotels want to learn a lesson on how to treat guests , check this hotel out.
