I visited the hotel with my mum and two sisters after booking the 'Shop til you drop' special offer from the hotel's website. We were all overwhelmed by the friendliness of staff, the quality of the food, and comfort of the hotel. As our stay was for Christmas shopping, the tasteful decorations and festive atmosphere only allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay there even more, as well as the hotel's close proximity to both Buttercrane and QUays shopping centres. On our return to the hotel from shopping, we enjoyed the leaisure facilities including sauna, steam room, swimming pool and outdorr hot tub to unwind. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone looking for comfort and quality, without breaking the bank. My family and I are already planning our trip for next year :) . I stay in many hotels for business and the canal court is one of the best. Keep it going.
