I have stayed here 4 times now with family and friends and always find the staff and service are excellent. Will return

Huge rooms, logically laid out and immaculately maintained. Decent size baths. No access to dubious pay-to-view TV channels/films of questionable morality and no mini bar both brave moves that others should emulate. Staff pleasant and helpful but knew when to take the hint and but out. There was nothing wrong with the food but it lacked a certain "wow" factor, on the high side of price spectrum for what it was.

Staff were friendly, confident and helpfull in everyway, my short stay was very relaxing and the meal was great. One of the better Hotels I have stayed in, Thanks, Noel.

Love the Canal Court! Been a while since stayed in it but was as good as i remembered. Rooms are massive, bed is huge and very comfortable, loads of hot water for baths and showers.Health suite is amazing and loved the open air hot tub! Stayed two nights and ended up eating in restaurant and bar, and also had sunday carvery too! food is excellent quality and you wont leave hungry! Staff were very helpful and every request was met with a smile and was no problem - even managed to convince the barman to show an Ulster rugby game even though was a crowd of Leinster guys in! It was our tenth wedding anniversary and wanted it to be special - thanks to Canal Court and the staff, it was. Great atmosphere about the place and beautifully decorated for Christmas, made it a really special weekend. Only two small things - had to ring to remind for breakfast in bed to be sent up, and some advice on how to work the air conditioning would have helped as we found it difficult to keep the room at a nice temperature.

Beyond my expectations!
