Everything was superb and could not be improved upon. A most enjoyable though brief visit. Well deserved stars.

Fabulous stay in the canal court. Accommodation v comfortable, food top class and staff excellent. We got married here in 2008 and love returning.

The staff here are wonderful, kind people who obviously all enjoy what they do. The receptionist, gym staff, restaurant staff and even house keeping staff we passed on the corridor were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and warm with a large, clean and modern bathroom. The shower was very hot and powerful which I loved and the bed was super comfortable. We did not have dinner in the restaurant as we wanted to explore local restaurants but the breakfast we had both mornings of our stay was delicious. The bar was very busy on both Friday and especially Saturday nights with parties going on but once in the elevator there was no problem with noise and the staff at the hotel ensured the crowd wasn't too rowdy or out of hand. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful hotel with your pleasant and warm staff.

My husband booked a stay for my birthday and we had a wonderful time. A special mention to receptionist Fiona who went that extra bit to ensure everything was perfect from the banner on the door to the booking of the restaurant for other people joining our party. It just takes that little bit extra to make someone's stay memorable. Thanks!!!

Had stayed here in October and had such a wonderful stay with a wonderful spa treatment and great staff that we decided to come back so soon again. However this time the staff and hotel were still fantastic but the people in the room near us were so noisy with TV banging , and child or children making lots of noise during night that we did not really get any sleep .So we were disappointed.
