I was there for a wedding tbe first saturday of the year and stayed overnight. The experience was amazing, the food is great quality and plenty and the hoteldecoration is very luxurious. Very comfy room. Staff very friendly.

Had a lovely stay with my mum. We arrived a lot earlier than the normal check-in time planning to do abit of shopping and lovely receptionist had a room available for us there and then. Customer service was 100%. Have stayed number of times and already planning another girlies weekend back! Thank you Canal Court!

Three of us stayed to celebrate my sister's birthday. The staff were great and I really appreciated the small touches down to the happy birthday banner on our bedroom door. Lovely food and comfortable beds. We will definitely return.

When travelling around Ireland I am always pleased with the level of service and friendliness of people working in hotels, restaurants and other establishments. Before I arrived at Canal Court Hotel, I would have happily stated that the level of service in Dublin was the best possible. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that ALL of the staff at the Canal Court Hotel (reception, bars, restaurant, housekeeping etc) were extremely polite and couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't see one single glum face and I was only ever greeted with a smile and a cheerful 'Hello'. I would happily recommend the Canal Court Hotel to anyone visiting Newry and I would happily return in the future.

Excellent hotel. Stayed in the Ambassador Suite. Very high standard including jacuzzi in bath. Had some heating problems in the room and the staff couldn't do enough to help us eventually moving our belongings to another room without us having to move a finger. Impressed.
