Nice stay, clean and tidy all of the staff were very pleasent.

Overall a lovely stay in a very busy hotel, would recommend. The only suggestion I could offer is for some kind of barrier device to be fitted to the car park entrance. It was extremely difficult to get a parking space, I realise that the hotel was very busy but it was also very apparent that the car park was being used by saturday afternnon shoppers.

This hotel was chosen for me due to business and I have to say it was fantastic, the staff could not do enough for you and the food was excellent. I would definatley use again whether it be business or pleasure.

Although staying for business I felt totally relaxed at the end of my stay due to the comfortable environment and high quality of service. Thankyou
